Cardia is actually one of the best aspects of the game but I don't think an anime can show that. The game is very good also because she's treated like a proper character and not some brainless self-insert by the writers.

That's a staple of the harem genre, be it for guys or girls.
Since this isn't an original series or LN adaption, they might go for omnibus format or adapt only the true route. Or make a terrible mismash of all the routes.

Van's story is my favorite but he and Cardia can't catch a break, I really liked Aleister as an antagonist too. Saint's route is filled with suffering as well but ended up being my favorite.

San's was a pleasant surprise after how it started and the angst hurt good.

I really hated how conveniently everything wrapped up perfectly in Lupin's route. All the others routes spend so much time solving each individual issue and still don't end up with a 100% perfect solution. It was part of what I'd been enjoying about the game until then.
