Transformers Masterforce is its name. I only got a few episodes in, but I've never heard talk of it or any other Japan-exclusive Transformers shows outside of TF communities. Even then, it's pretty rare for people to know about all of them. I've also been hunting down the English dub for this since I've heard it was awful and pretty much a gag dub. Haven't found it yet. Anyone know where I might find it?

Nobody has ever replied to this so I guess I'm the only one who saw it on /a/. It's a detective story with sexy girls in swimsuits, but near the end the plot shifts to the main mystery and becomes very interesting.
