>Physical strength
>Fire power
Physical strength I can't be sure who actually has more power, they seem comparable in that regard. But Ace has the advantage in that he's literally made of fire and as such is intangible. I do not know if Fairy Tail has an equivalent to Haki and if so, whether Natsu has it or not, but if he doesn't none of Hatsu's blows will hurt Ace at all.

The next is Fire power, which Ace, again, being made of fire itself, is immune to unless Natsu has some Amateratsu 'hot enough to burn flames' bullshit I am not aware of. What I think it comes down to most of all is whether Natsu can absorb all of Ace's flames or not, but Ace can generate an unlimited supply of fire and from what I understand there is a limit to how much Natsu can absorb at once. I'd give this to Ace.

Natsu's flames can melt steel, which even magma IRL cannot do, ergo I think Natsu would win out with a hotter flame to burn Ace.
