Well, I tried watching Re:Creators but I was put off by the generic characters and the questionable direction choices, so I dropped it on episode 1.
I'm tempted to start watching Eromanga-sensei because I liked Oreimo back in the day, but I'm not sure I will like it as much. Other than that, I'm currently watching Shingeki no Bahamut and Natsume Yuujinchou, and I intend to pick up Yu-Gi-Oh! VRAINS when it starts airing.

Ok, Alice is not very good. Not only 3D animation feels like it was done by RWBY's interns, sometimes 2D animation is not really good either, you would often have moments where one character talks and other character is just dead-eyed.

Currently Watching:
-My Hero Academia S2. Loving the hell out of seeing everyone go through this "sports festival".

-The Silver Guardian. Curious to see where it's going, episodes are only 13 minutes long for some reason. Not at all a great show but entertaining enough I suppose.

-The Laughing Salesman. Took me a while to wrap my head around the protagonist as far as what his motives were and why he was doing things the way he was. Art style kinda threw me off at first, but I'm still enjoying it quite a bit.

-Tsugumomo. I like the whole thing with inanimate objects coming to life, and the battles/puzzles of trying to defeat the more beast like ones. How the actual story is going about it all throws me off quite a bit however, but I'll probably stick with it anyway.

-Love Tyrant. What the hell is this? The first episode was a trainwreck, and trying to keep a sane mind during the show is counterproductive to enjoying it, but if you just embrace the ridiculousness, it's very fun to watch.

-Clockwork Planet. I really like the idea. I really like the automaton girl's air of superiority about everything. Character designs look a little odd at times though, one character in the opening just looks really off, and I'm not quite sure if I actually like the show yet, but the premise has me more hooked than Tsugumomo, so I'll keep watching.

Also planning to watch Sakura Quest, Eromanga Sensei, and Tsukigakirei, but haven't gotten around to it yet.

My suspension of disbelief and ability to get immersed into a world are such that I can enjoy nearly any show, so I appreciate any recommendations if anyone has an anime this season that they love that I didn't list.

I liked it because I like stuff where everyone has some kind of special power because I just like fantasy stuff and the show does a good job having plenty of interesting characters.

The main character is also interesting to me because, having grown up without a power and bullied for much of his life, he's understandably a bit of a coward at times and I like his tendency to overthink things instead of the typical "MC is fearless and blunt and loves food" type of personality.

He doesn't strike me as being too powerful or instantly skilled, he gets by a lot on creativity and luck, and the show does a good job showing that he's not yet really anything special compared to his peers. It threw me off that it blatantly states how this is the story of how he becomes the greatest hero, instead of leaving that up in the air, but since it isn't bothering to act like he's gonna end up dying for fading away into obscurity or whatever, it manages to do a good job of making me interested in how he reaches that goal, and the fate of his friends are all up in the air, which keeps things pretty interesting.

Honestly, I love action anime and cool battles and interesting powers and world and character building focused stories, so I really like the characters of MHA and the interesting quirks, and it doesn't do any of the few things that outright annoy me with action anime.

You've already given it a try and it didn't appeal to you, and I don't really see anything I've said actually changing that, but I hope I at least managed to clearly state what I find enjoyable about it.

The first girl to be shown is obviously the winner of the MC Bowl, but they still add characters who appear to be more interesting (because less screentime and their design is more appealing than <insert long, open blonde/pink/white hair girl here>) and the writers always give away the illusion that every girl has a chance of winning.

due to all the animal patterns, 3dcg was actually the correct choice. Would look horrible if it would be done with regular 2d, even if KyoAni would have worked on it. The only objective criticism is the movement being weird at times (chase scene episode 1, fighting scene episode 12 just to name two), clipping issues, inconsistencies (Kaban takes off backpack to climb tree only to have it back on at the top of it) and lack of movement at times (if 3-4 are on the screen, only one moves, either head or lips.). All these could be fixed with more fluent movement, better models and not rushing it. It may sound a lot, but its (aside from the movement flaw) minor shit. It does a lot of things right. At times, the movement is perfect/great/good (episode 1, Serval breathing and laying on the ground), the story telling is amazing (dark undertones are extremely subtle and never ever in the focus) and its inoffensive. The side characters never overstay their welcome, making them look/seem well developed.
The breaking point would be the Art style, and since I enjoy cell shading (has this Windwaker look), it didn’t offend me that much.
Every director other than Tatsuki would have turned the girls into giant moe blobs with massive eechi all over the place. So I’m glad someone who cares for his work actually directed it. To each their own I suppose, some prefer names, others prefer dedication

While i disagree about the 3DCG being better, that doesn't make what I said wrong. Polygon, for example, could have made proper 3D. The story is good but the visuals were torture. Maybe because of its success, S1 will be remade and it'll have more seasons.
