How does /a/ truly feel about the musical stylings of Hiroyuki

I hate it when he uses vocals.

But that's not sawano work, that's the music director work.

His action scene tracks sounded too much of the same and sometimes I felt it was too much for the scene on screen. That turns the scene into a hilarious one.

I like it when he works in German.

I thought his one song was pretty ok the first 5 times I heard it.

His name being on a project immediately means it's going to be a 5/10.

Unicorn is still his greatest work, everything else sounds like it's derivative off that.

I like it usually, but he shit up half of Xenoblade X's soundtrack with trash vocals. Shame because themes like Sylvalum were actually fantastic.
