I'm wondering if Lagi was the same person as the Mage that SW tricked in Restart. Lagi also seems to be an example of the high end of Mage power; I wonder how that'll turn ou.

That's what makes me think she was on duty during Restart. SW was only talking to an image, so it might not have been the real person.

Alternately she was that guy's replacement. Don't really know yet, alas.

On a second thought, it might not be Lagi. Lagi was clearly stated to be 長 while the beard guy in Restart was 責任者. Must be her underling, because Lagi was already the Head of Department by the time that incident occured.

Thanks to chinkanon translating Restart. It confirms that Plat's V2 isn't shitty. Chinkanon's is still a better read but Plat's V2 I'd say is reasonable enough to read.
