How would you make the inevitable Persona 5 anime better than the garbage P3 and P4 adaptations?
It was obvious as fuck if you actually paid attention and did the strength Arcana. He acts and talks completely different than Igor, not to mention the velvet room is too radically different it didn't make any sense.
Why the fuck would Igor put a guest in prison or rehabilitate them. He's just a friendly old man with a big nose.
>garbage P4 adaptation
You know what? Even /v/ acknowledges that the anime is fun as fuck , this is just /a/'s faggotry because
All the while we have Kemono Friends threads still up. If anycase I doubt a P5 adaptation will be as good given how meh Daybreakers was and how shitty the plot turned out, if they do please give more time with the PT together as friends, show Haru much earlier, change that Igor TWEEEST and expend on Goro now I know if Kishi is still directing it it won't happen but its what I hope for with an adaptation of P5.
The art can looks so damn good but something about the animation looks so off for both P4/5. Like their eyes are too far apart, I see it with Ann a lot. For some reason it's only in the anime.
Just give the mc a lot of personality. Fukuyama is voicing him for fucks sakes.
Nice shit taste, faggot.
The real reason he was easily sniffed out is that he fucking talked. Igor NEVER speaks, his line in ultimax wasn't even suppose to happen. The moment Igor opened his mouth and a voice came out was the moment the game pulled revealed something was up. A real Persona fan knows that Igor will never ever speak again
As for the anime, all they have to do is make sure they ignore romance flags. 4 forcing Marie and 3 forcing Aigis in the adaptions was fucking stupid
I feel one of the more important things is translating the sense of style Persona 5 gives off in every aspect of its visual design. If there isn't a moment in each episode where the audience is going "That's so cool!", then something's already gone wrong.
Make it a movie that tells an original story that takes place AFTER the end of the game that's written by Shinji Yamamoto and Katsura Hashino (the writers for P5) rather than just a condensed adaptation of the game's story.
Have it handled by Production I.G (who did the anime cutscenes for P5) rather than A1 Pictures.
Have it directed by Mamoru Oshii. Not only is he a great director, but I can actually see him being a great fit for a Persona movie. He can make it P5 meets Urusei Yatsura 2: Beautiful Dreamer.
There. A P5 anime that isn't shit. You're welcome.
I.G did fine. They just had a limited budget to work with since Atlus doesn't have THAT much money. If Aniplex throws their shekels at I.G, then we will see some high quality animation from them.
