Someone kicked the box hard enough to punch a hole through the shipping box (which was Amiami level thick.) and right into the face where it caused all the circles to get torn up and some dents into the plastic blisters. The figure itself was fine. But it's the principles since I used EMS.

Before you think you can squash the box of your your own figure and claim insurance. One of the key parts to my case was I took a picture of the damage before accepting the package as proof that the damage occurred before it was in possession. Also you're going to have to be lacking in the shame department since you have to take the figure to the Post Office and they will unbox and inspect everything there. (In my case woman in charge of claims took one look at it and told me to come down to the window furthest away from everyone else.)

If your drilling and pinning something then simple super glue will work just fine as long as your careful not to get it anywhere near the actual painted surfaces. Plastic glue is a no go as its not the right kind for PVC i believe. It also chemically melts the two surfaces together which is great for strength but not so much for looks as it can deform.

Regular liquid super glue should work for most things. Just use is sparingly if the damage is in an obvious area. Nothing will make the break stand out more than dried glue dripping from it.

If it is something like that you could drill out the whole area with the peg and replace it with a metal pin. Afterwards you can get some paint pens and paint the pin a color that is close to the original. You dont always have to use the original parts. If the peg is too small to fix replace the whole thing.
