The fact is, unlike Hitagi and Shinobu, Hanekawa asked him at the end of White to make a decision, while he effectively can two time them both and neither can say anything, Hanekawa made a stance of saying "go out with me with marriage in mind". That and his hangup back in Neko Black where he said he doesn't love Hanekawa, despite people calling him out on that shit, and in Tsubasa Song, he literally jumps for joy to be asked out on a date with someone who wasn't his girlfriend and he supposedly doesn't love. Even thought to himself that she was manly to take charge during it and wished he was as manly in a relationship as she was.

They directed it in a strange way, because Araragi is supposed to be pathetic here, demanding Hanekawa to say things to assuage him so it doesn't look like sexual harassment. They did okay with showing how Hanekawa can go with the flow, but forgot where she was telling him how to massage them and effectively taking charge before his demands. It's supposed to look more awkward than what they showed, because it's supposed to show Araragi can't dom very well. The end where she calls him a chicken was decent.
