I've too bought items "way too cheap to be true", they always end up with good quality.

If there's anything wrong with the item itself, they will describe it i.e, Cat Lap Milk original release price is about 15k, I got mine from suruga-ya for 10k used because it had "missing parts", turns out the postcard (a literal postcard) that came with the figure wasn't included, just like they described.

I think for Suruga-ya, If the price is too good to be true, they most likely just want to get rid of stuff as soon as possible to make inventory space.

I've bought manga before and it comes in a weird enclosed cardboard box. It is tight fitting and needs a lot of pressure to bend any part of it. The edges and corners extend further than the book itself allowing the corners and edges of the package to get nicked without effecting the book itself.

Amazon is always a crapshoot with packaging thanks to a variety of factors. They go for speed with item safety as such an afterthought that it might not be thought about at all. Which warehouse? All good things must come to an end. I'm more upset about Kagaku na Yatsura that managed to get one of the best 'hentai' adaptations I've ever seen and STILL managed to fly so far under the radar that only the first volume is translated.

I wish more h series got figures, especially the less vanilla stuff. Imagine a Horihone Saizou centipede girl scale, or a Jagausa mithra penis case case. Or that demon from Spermatank with 'LEVEL X' written on all her limbs. Maybe I'll learn how to sculpt.
