If Sakura didn't exist, he had continued to be Naruto's rival, who competed with him to try and become stronger, while slowly starting to see Naruto as his future wife, making killing Itachu becoming an afterthought and something taken care of in a single episode. His and Naruto's goal becoming to create a Jutsu that would permanently make Naruto a female, or at least a female for a year, so they can have babies to continue the Uchiha clan, the ending being the two of them being happy together, then he would become a God-tier character.
