it shouldn't have spent so much time introducing that guy in the white robe (why does he look like a vampire lord taken straight out of Owari no Seraph?), since they already had 24 minutes of additional screentime due to episode 0 – although I enjoyed this preceding episode due to the portrayal of Shindou's extraordinairy abilities. the CGI was OK, actually I didn't find anything offsetting.

This show, however, has beautiful 3DCG. Again, better than Occultic;Nine. I like Sanzigen shows too, and while this shown isn't blowing them out of the water, it looks like one more step in the right direction.

No matter what happens, no matter who you hate or how hard you cry, the industry will keep on abusing 3DCG. These leaps in integration innovation save us from the eye cancer of, say, Gantz or FMP.

But more importantly, if the surface was perfectly reflective, a stationary tank firing a round at it would be struck by its own round on repulsion and probably blow up. By firing on the move, the tank won't be in the original firing position if the round should bounce back, so it would just embed in the concrete.

Literally could have just made them bite their lip and go "Shindo-kun.." in their head, making it less autistic to watch and show casing that the director actually wanted this to be a well-rounded show.
