It's a shitty manga version of Kids Next Door but with none of the charm.

The "twist" of the message is funny enough when a lot of Manga that try to take ANY bend on modern Japanese politics tries to play up "muh pure Japanese genes n cultur", but it's done so stupidly hamfisted I'm shocked it even made it past the editor.
