He was alpha as fuck. While everyone else was working, he was already on a date with Sayaka and had no problems talking to a popular girl without stuttering or blushing.

Naegi was such a retarded, wimp, boring, bland, dull and infuriating protagonist. He's the single reason why I prefer Goodbye Despair over Trigger happy havoc and I don't even like Hajime.

In fact, I hated him so much that spending time with Byakuya was an absolute joy for me, just due to how satisfying it was to watch Byakuya shitting on Naegi in such a beautiful way.
