Honestly, if the show had a little bit more anticipation leading up to the finale, I think it would've been better. The flower thing was an amazingly rushed plot device, probably should've at least introduced it earlier on, and there probably should've been more of "instinctual Tohru" that leaves more doubt in her mind.

But other than that? I can't say I hated the series, and I kinda do hope it doesn't disappear into the woodwork, but it happened and that's all I should be content with.

Oh and they should've made Lucoa and Shouta a more brother-sister relationship, but episode six straight fucked that up, so now this series will also be forever tainted with shotacon.

I didn't mind it. The mid part of the episode after Tooru left was well executed, but the resolution was indeed pretty generic. Mostly suffered from the format, 20 mins isn't nearly enough to suddenly execute something like this. The epilogue was sweet in it's way though.
