No, Eren wouldn't be able to control humans. Only those of royal blood (like Zeke) have the power to use the memory wiping ability and the coordinate. Eren would maybe be able to control titans, but it wouldn't have any affect on humans because, even with all of the coordinate's abilities, he's not a Reiss or Fritz or whatever.

Also, both Zeke and Eren are people of Ymir. Those are the Eldians. Zeke's a royal, Eren isn't, but they can both transform into titans and that's what the whole Ymir thing is about.

The one Reiner read. The bottom is probably Marley language. He was so shocked that Ymir was able to read it and was probably trying to play it off that he didn't know what it says that even Ymir looked shocked at Reiners reaction because even she hesitated to give him the can and knew she was going to be caught either way.
