I don't remember anything back then that felt like DxD, To love ru, etc. which instead have a clear focus on the sexiness of nudity (even when they are censored). Not even Tenchi Muyo, which is possibly the closest one.

Lemnear is really straightforward with it's tits, and with it's violence. It's obscenely well animated, so the breasts generally move realistically and I found myself impressed with the animation of the tits alone in some shots.

And almost all of it is presented matter-of-fact. It's gratuitous fanservice, but the show never stops and goes HEY M8 CHECK OUT THESE TITS, it just chugs along and lets you get an eyefull as it happens without having to freeze frame on it for five seconds on a pick background or what the fuck ever, and that's much hotter and doesn't interfere with the show.
