OK I get Bebop. I don't completely agree but it drags a lot in a few places and can be boring. I've never seen any of those head tilting animu so I can't argue that one.

Can you honestly say that the back and forth between Holo and Lawrence is boring? Even the English dub VAs did a great job.

They took the name Dagashi Kashi too literally and made the anime just about that. It's like watching an animated Wikipedia article on a piece of candy. Even Charlie and the Chocolate Factory had more going on for it than just the Chocolate Factory.

Just look up Saya and Hotaru on any booru site and it'll be more enjoyable than Dagashi Kashi. 'least the opening and endings were nice Iguess.
