Megumin is definitly red. Aqua is elementally blue, but nowhere near in hell philosophically blue, she's more Green with her resistance to change, constantly willing to go back to the order that was before.
Darkness would have some red with her, as she gets dragged way too much by her feelings, so she's WR/Boros.
I would argue Kazuma is at least some black too due to life-stealing and theft, staples of the black color-pie. Besides his colorscheme, there's very few things green about him, green would honestly despise him.

She's not literally Lich... though thematically, the discard effect would play in. If you consider her powerful ice magic, she'd probably have an ability like:

X, T: Discard X cards. Tap target creature with toughness X or less. That creature loses all abilities as long as it remains tapped, and does not untap as normal as long as ~ remains tapped. You may choose not to untap ~ during your untap phase.

I'd have to workshop it in gatherer a bit to make sure it's airtight, but that's basically how it'd go.

So here's my take on an Explosion mage. I don't want the player to be able to control their spending so instead of a usual pay X do X I decided to lock down the player's access to their lands. If you use it you give up on having tricks on the opponent's turn.

You can win with a few expensive cards and a simple, effective strategy of bringing out fast, strong attacks to beat your opponent to 0 life.
You can also shit on the first dude with a bunch of counters and cards to slow down the game speed until you get one big guy that beats the shit out of your opponent in one turn.
You can get to massive amounts of health and hitting the other guy with a small, unblockable method of winning.
Or you could pull off an infinite combo and break the damn game.
There are cards that say, "You cannot lose the game." There are cards that say, "Your opponents (emphasis on multiple players) cannot win the game."

Shit gets convoluted fast, but manages to still be a bunch of nerds yelling at each other over pieces of paper, which may be wrapped up in plastic card sleeves.

X has no way of being tracked through suspend. You could jank your way through it by making something like Suspend 1 RRX: put X combustion counters on Explosion when you suspend it. Explosion deals twice X damage to all creatures and all players, where X is the number of combustion counters on it. (but now you are tracking two kinds of counters on it so it's completely outside of current design practices, as is the anti-regeneration rider)

It's a joke card, it's not supposed to work, but if you had to I guess you'd need to have both cards in your hand before casting it. To cheat it out you'd need something that drops both of them in play at once because otherwise, as soon as a piece hits the field, it dies as a state-based action.

Convoke and her detain ability definitely fit. I don't think she needs hexproof, and artifact/enchantment exiling isn't a blue thing. I think a fitting restriction on her resurrection is if a creature would die this turn she can return it to your hand or blink it.

I think this is worded properly now:

You control enchanted creature.
Enchanted creature gets +2/-2 and attacks each turn if able.
If Vanir would leave the battlefield, exile Vanir with 2 time counters on it and it gains suspend.
If you would cast Vanir from exile, you may instead cast it as though you had paid its bestow cost.
