Demi-chan, Kobayashi and Urara were decent SoLs with plenty of cute waifus, these 3 shows aren't definitely lacking when compared with others in the same genre.

Seiren was also an okayish romance, two okay music shows (BanG and Fuuka) and fun shorts like Piace and Nynako. Even a much talked about show with fun threads, LWA, which isn't always present in every season. The rest ranged from average to above average disregarding a couple of abysmal ones like Handshakers. So "nothing worth watching" is an objectively wrong statement.

This was a good season. Nothing that blew my mind, obviously, but good.
There hasn't been a day in weeks when I was with some anime to watch that I was actually looking forward to. Its all tickled me in different places, and I'm sad its over.
Spring lineup looks ok, but nothing I'm excited for like I was for winter. I'm more looking forward to later this year.

I usually never agree with anyone here about the quality of a season as most are good enough for me to not complain but at the end of this one after I rated just about all of them, there was only like one 8/10 and two 7s while the rest were 5 and 6s which are typically my lowest scores unless it's a pile of absolute dog shit that I greatly despise which gets a 1-4.
