I'm not too into the Reincarnation theme due to it being overplayed, but I really fucking want some harems that actually have polygamous harem ends. I'm really hoping that Isekai WN/LN series that do it get adapted more. Although the Holy Grail is an anime harem series where there is a true harem end that isn't in a fantasy world.

The normal romances most often end once the main couple starts dating.
Dense/beta ecchi MCs stay dense/beta until the heat death of the universe.
"Mature" series with actual sex are usually porn with plot where sticking benis in bagina is just another form of greeting.
Battle shounens just magically pull couples out of thin air at the end.
Shoujo series are endless drama fests that prevent main couple from being together.

I don't know what nips consider relationship development, but how many series do you know where relationship goes through all steps meeting->mutual interest->love->confession->dating->getting intimate->scoring bases->sex while showing them explicitly?
It isn't about "fucking mindlessly", it's about characters acting like goddamn human beings. If you're dating someone, it's natural to want to get physical. If you spend time with a cute, nice girl, it's natural to want to get her.
Portrayal of intimacy and romance in this industry is absolutely abysmal. Couples are eternally stuck in one phase (usually the one before dating), maintaining endless status quo. Fortunately some LNs lately seem to be breaking the trend, so maybe one day nips will finally get their shit together.
