I live in pic related, and here the anime was popular and aired on public TV in the 90 until 2007-8, since then no more anime on TV. And people forgot about anime and the older guys associate it with Dragon Ball, indeed the most popular anime.

The only 2 anime movies that where availabe at cinemas at some point where Naruto movies, but these where on play for 2 weeks, and where subbed not dub.

I think that Mexico its kinda fond to anime because is the country which most animes are dubbed.

Street tacos are hit and miss. Just avoid the places that fry the steaks in overused oil.
Charbroiled, barbecued (tongue, cheek, head...) , pastor/trompo(kind of like a kebab) and a few other kinds of taco meat tend to better prepared.

Sauces and stuff like chopped onion and cilantro aren't usually as clean on street places so make do with a squeeze of lime and salt unless you're feeling adventurous.
