Anime is almost never funny, its brand of humor doesn't vary much and it's terrible shit.

Two of the most notable occasions were anime actually has been funny, and any such occasion is a notable one due to its scarcity, are Fumoffu and Cro High. The others on that list are not even in the same league as Fumoffu.

Lucky Star is by far the best anime out of these, but Fumoffu is funnier. Voted Lucky Star, because it's the best anime, but if we only consider the quality of the jokes, then Fumoffu wins.

K-On did also attempt comedy at times. But maybe it's too serious compared to how much funny it has, so I think I can agree with excluding it too.
