The last episode had a lot, for the lack of better word, cringe. I'm not gonna pretend I don't understand why she acts that way, but Kyouko demasculizing (that's probably not a real word, sorry) Shouichi and pushing him away with that despite liking him was a a bit hard to watch. Or rather, it's exactly because I could relate to her that it was hard to watch. It's so goddamn difficult to admit you like someone when you're not confident in yourself.
And with Shouichi too - trying to exercise - been there, done that. It's not an easy thing to start (mentally) because it's like admitting to everyone that you're not okay the way you are now and facing inevitable chuckles.
