Rough but creative

Nothing he's made is "good" from a critical standpoint
But most of it is good entertainment. he's probably in my top twenty.

Not the best storyteller but full of interesting ideas, inspired a bunch of stuff /a/ ends up liking for the most part, overall enjoyable works.

I think his stuff is just really fun to read, and obviously very influential on generations of mangaka after him.

Devilman is the worst manga I have ever read. I absolutely despise his style.
