I really have no idea how the fuck this got an anime so quickly. Firstly, the manga is fucking awful, and secondly, there's not even enough material for an adaptation.

Some higher-up must really want to cash-in on the gyaru fad that's going on lately and just picked up the first gyaru manga he saw. It's the only explanation I can think of.
