It was ok.
Lots of style over substance and not enough time spent really unpacking the setting.
Also, several character suffer from inexplicable motivations or changes to their motivations just to accomplish story beats.
Overall, I don't regret watching it, but I can't really recommend it unless you were really engaged by the visual style of the previews or clips you've seen.

I was kinda disappointed desu but I'm glad it exists if it's putting Khara on the path to making things that aren't Eva.

Pretty crap. It's something for those who obsess over Anno and his company.

When I first read about it on /a/ people hyped the shit out of it, which set my expectations a little too high, but overall it was still pretty good.

I enjoyed it but I would have liked it if it was fleshed out more, it felt kind of rushed storywise.
