/a/ had always had vocal minorities, people with no enough self confidence in their taste that get swept upon, and people that don't care.

Madhouse's adaption was okay but not incredible until the Boros Invasion. They did a legitimately great job with those last few episodes though that cheesy anime original ending that mimics the beginning didn't do anything for me.
