Shalltear is able to eat and drink so she must have some form of metabolism. I think more fleshy types of undead do too if they eat brains and move with muscles. Skeletals are an obvious exception as they dont even have rotten organs to use

A lich is someone who threw away his humanity to study magic for an eternity. They are your standard robot no-moral-compass undeads.
And they have no reproductive organs that we know of.
Unless his red orb will float down into his pelvis and extrude something to ride on, or some other spooky shit like that.

I would assume only vampires are an exception to the rule. As for other undead they can feel lust (like Ainz) but as Yuri also explains strong emotions get forcefully repressed.

Exactly. Its described to be a target during an attack. Pvpers think its his weakness but that is a ruse and it instead ensures he can at lest escape alive somehow. Ithink its described in the prolouge. Its defenetly the orb because he even brings it into baths. It nests pretty nicely in his ribcage and doesnt seem to dislodge. No reason to ever remove it.

La Shub Niggurath just isn't a powerful spell. Ainz had the best target for it, a high concentration of weaklings in a single spot.

Fallen Down is a much more dangerous spell, because it can hurt more powerful individuals and was very destructive to the land. La Shub Niggurath did nothing to the environment around the Katze Plains, but Fallen Down basically vaporized the area Shalltear was mind controlled at.

But, Fallen Down wouldn't have done as much damage to the Re Estize army as La Shub Niggurath did.
