Saitama has been shown time and again to be surprisingly fast. MEDP are great when the user actually has speed as an advantage, but Saitama is actually too fast to let Shiki accurately sever his lines or dots; it's not like Caped Baldy is just going to let anybody off the street knife him.
People fuck up the cause and effect so often it's mind boggling. The eyes don't magically make you a knife-Kenshiro; they allow you see very specific weak-points that the user may or may not be able to hit.
And this is before we add in that Saitama is from a comedy manga where the punchline is his functional invincibility.

Power level arguments are no more autistic than best girl arguments in my opinion, what you will find worse depends on your perspective.

Tohno-kun is the original "nothing personal, kid." However, most of his opponents were Dead Apostles, who didn't really expect any sort of competent showing from some scrawny anemic kid, much less that he's a) much faster than regular humans and b) circumstantially able to one-shot living beings.

The problem, as I've touched on above though, is that in the Fate timeline the vampires got curb-stomped out of existence during the age of heroes. Thus, there's no good point of comparison.

Call it subjective perception, but the descriptions of servant levels of speed, especially early on in Fate, seem much more flagrantly superhuman than Shiki's in Tsukihime.

I mean, Boros was pretty clearly (he doesn't have a reason to lie) a well known interstellar-level threat, ravaging entire worlds for his own amusement, to the point where a prophet directed him all the way across the Galaxy to Earth to find a real challenge. Now, it's possible there were other threats out there, and they just happened to ping on Earth, not saying Earth was the only place to find this. But Boros was a big enough deal that he was willing to travel a huge distance across the Galaxy, a journey taking years, just to have a chance to find a real challenge.

Saitama beat him trivially. We have no idea what Boros' ultimate attack was capable of destroying, be it the entire surface of a planet, the entire planet itself, because his description was ambiguous, and Saitama dispersed it with a single serious punch (ie, an actual punch thrown with intent to do harm, like pretty much anyone in a fight would throw for the vast majority of their attacks, rather than his usual annoyed swat or casual jabs).

This isn't an indication that Boros was weak, it's that Saitama was insanely strong. We haven't seen any other interstellar visitors since Boros, so we have no one else to compare him with, but his crew was clearly composed of a great number of different alien races (unless his planet is full of bizarre mutants, but Occam's seems to suggest the former), and they all seemed to think Boros was unbeatable.

Comparing a seemingly well-known interstellar warlord known for his unbeatable power to...small children...? Shit like this is why power level arguments are a source of mockery.
