I feel like it won't work exactly in this way because Paramecia is such a vague class.

The only confirmed awakened Paramecia is Doflamingo, who ate one of the fruits that allow the user to produce and control a material, in his case string.
His awakening allows him to convert his surroundings into string as well.
His fruit is more similar to most Logias, who can produce and control elements, so I would imagine that a Logias, not Paramecias, will have the same kind of awakening as Doflamingo.
That would explain why Akainu and Aokiji, who are known to be incredibly strong fighters, were able to completely change the climate and geography of Punk Hazard during their fight.

Luffy's style of Paramecia is very different to Doffy's style of Paramecia, so I would imagine that his awakening would be very different.
Its almost like a Zoan in the way that he can change his body; but instead of changing into an animal he changes into rubber.
Perhaps Luffy's awakening will allow him to become some kind of rubber monster, in the same way the Jailer Beasts can transform into an animal monster, making him much stronger, tougher and faster, with greater recovery time.

And since Logias can also change their bodies, they could get the best of both worlds, with the ability to change their surroundings into their element, and also transform into an elemental monster with greater strength, speed, toughness and recovery time.

She has lost that trait pretty much instantly after joining the crew. Aside from that one time in Enies Lobby she didn't steal shit over the course of the manga. After that her defining character trait was her compassion for her crewmates and the occasional island inhabitants they come across. She is always the one being very keen on keeping the crew together.
Which was true pre-TS (Saving Alabasta, Luffy vs Usopp, rescuing Robin...) and post-TS (forgiving Jinbei, rescuing the children on PH, getting Sanji back...). The scheming thief only existed for a pretty short time at the beginning of the manga - it was a big change in character, sure, but didn't have anything to do with the Timeskip. Aside from her hair and arguably her breast-size, her character didn't really change in those 2 years, so I'm not sure where this idea came from that pre-TS and post-TS Nami are so completely different.
But that's just my impression.

Nami was still cunning and crafty during Alabasta and Skypeia. The whole reason they got involved with Baroque Works in the first place was because she was trying to extort money from Igaram.

He gradually did become the compassionate scaredy cat but it didn't really take over her character completely until the Water 7 saga. Post-Timeskip hasn't dramatically changed her character outside of having far less screen time and her redesign, but those are also factors that change how the audience perceives her.

I watched the anime in about 6 months up to Dressrosa, then the manga in one year till last chapter, but since I finished Dressrosa I read like 50 chapters in 2 days, I'm sure more is possible but sometimes it becomes boring and you need a break, I would reccomend manga first, then after some time the anime, by the time you are done, at least one new arc will be avaible.
