The ones to ignore outright are Tenchi in Tokyo and Ai! Tenchi Muyo.

You should be aware that there's at least two continuities going on here.
There's the OVA line that includes the OVAs, GXP, Dual, and Isekai no Seikishi Monogatari.
It's the main continuity and the only one that still gets things added to it.

Then there's the Universe continuity of Universe and the three movies. The characterization is kinda mangled for everyone, but it's still quite good.

Also, OVA 4 episode 2 subs got released today.

i try my best but really most of the time if its not an important story blob im just loosely basing the dialogue i write in the summaries from the machine text. i skip over the small quirky un machine translatable stuff if its not important. the novels are riddled with chit chat and small talk and much of it amounts to nothing. big things like mihoshi having a hole blown in her head and seto being naja i double check though.
