The sad thing about Manglobe is that, except for Karneval, none of their shows sold well. Pretty much all but a handful of their anime were better received in the West than in Japan. I wonder how things would have been different had they done more adaptations and less Western-pandering originals. It would probably hurt their passion, but it was a bitter reality that their shows weren't selling.

NieA was good. Most of them went on to form ACGT where they worked on Kino though right now I think they're only handling mundane stuff like inbetweens these days.

I guess it's similar to pic related. I liked Daume, and I'm thinking that most of them left with Masahiko Ohta to Dogakobo and elsewhere since a lot of the production, storyboard, episode direction, and key animation staff from Minami-ke S1 were carried on to the two YuruYuri seasons.
