Because those are the tankobon releases I believe. I searched up and down for raws from Young GanGan and asked around but I don't think anyone scans those magazines aside from the gravure idol stuff. I don't mind too much because I can easily read Korean, but I really do want other people to be able to read this series so we can get something resembling a release in the US.
