The swap part was chilling, but it was kind of retarded that Makihisa gave the girl he tortured and abused a college level degree in medicine and access to a physician who had alll types of secrets on demon hybrids.

I mean, that is easy mode vengeance and the maid being the culprit is plenty obvious in mysteries. Not to mention how Akiha was on her side most of the time and the family literally did all it could to tear itself apart. I love her, but chessmaster she is not.

Compared to how Sakura was shackled since she was four years old by Zouken, her "vengeance" almost fell into her lap.

Why exactly, from everything you know about Sakura prior to HF, and after, makes you think that she would ever want to join in on the fighting?

If push came to shove, she would be Shirou's ally sure, but she obviously thinks the war is bunk. Hell, she even tries to be an ally despite her circumstances.

I really don't think having a normal person would make the persepctive that much more interesting, it would just be a different set of cliches. Its alright if those cliches are what you prefer, but it'd be nothing new or fresh.
