Looks like our notes pretty much coincide. I have Sawatari's duels and the duels of a couple of other characters marked as such, since if you're watching a show about card games and don't like good card games then I dunno what the fuck you're doing here. I also have a lot more in-depth notes about Synchro (because that's really where the contention with the series stats, but there's still good shit). Additionally, I skipped a LOT more in Fusion arc than you did, although that was mostly because I make a lot of "watch the first 5 minutes for the important shit then go to the next episode" comments, and have been on the fence about whether to skip Yuri's completely pointless backstory or not. Otherwise, we seem to agree on most things.

One interesting thing you suggested was skipping straight from 53 to 141, which is something I hadn't considered at all. I imagine that'd be hella jarring for people, but it makes a decent "speedrun" watch method if you just want the very basics and are short on time.

The Dark Signer arc started around episode 27, right after the fortune cup finale Yusei VS Jack duel.

The good thing about the Dark Signer arc is the character interactions, with the Signers actually communicating and working with each other, and each of them interacting with the opposing Dark Signers as well.
I'd say Jack's interaction with Carly throughout the arc was the best part of the arc and 5D's, meeting with Carly really contributed a lot to his character development. (which got butchered after the Dark Signer arc)

There are boring parts through the arc though, like the whole spirit world arc featuring the twins and Demac, and the conclusion leading to the next arc was kind of shallow, but it was still a solid arc for the show.

Sangan is going on a tour of the Living World in the Tour Bus from the Underworld. However, in "Mistake", at a platform, he mistakes the Tour Bus from the Underworld with the Tour Bus to Forbidden Realms, aka the "Hades" or "Hell" of the Duel Terminal/Duel Monsters world. On the bus, the angel seen in Graceful Charity tries to comfort Sangan, as seen in "Shared Ride". Later, the bus is stopped, and Sangan is arrested for carrying a stolen Pot of Greed in the back of the bus, as seen in "Mistaken Arrest". Later, in "Mistaken Accusation", we see that Sangan has ended up in prison along with the Witch of the Black Forest. This mini-storyline was a reference to Sangan becoming Forbidden on March 2013.

I'd place that under Okay like Yuto's flashback about Ruri, interesting if you're a fan of the character(s). I also find all of Yuri's duels (Except for 130.) fun to watch mainly for Yuri himself. Yes, I do have a bit of a Yuri bias. 113 - 122 were agonizing without him.

I brought that idea up due to some of the replies here regarding on which episodes of ARC-V to watch ending with "make up your own ending" after 53. Alongside with 141 - 143 briefly showcasing the major points of what happened from MCS onward which when combined with reading the guide depending on how those episodes are summarized, should probably suffice for those that don't really want to bother with post-Standard ARC-V. Indeed it would be vary jarring to go from the Lancers leaving Standard to Yuya is a gargoyle dueling against long-haired Reira in Fusion followed by Yuya back at home even if someone watched all the other recap episodes, but what can you do on trying to condense all that as much as possible?

When was the last time, Swing, Pendulum of Souls played? I haven't been watching but from what I hear it doesn't sound like there's any moments that were worth it like Enlightenment Paladin's was
