A seinen comedy with all the board tans, the main character would change a lot going through the more popular boards while they go about their bussiness. A gag series in essence, but give it a bit of plot with overarching timeline of chan events, ex. Gamergate, SJW invasion, discovery of meme magic, rise of /pol/, and Trump's election arc could span 5-7 episodes towards the end.
Some examples of scenes:

Half of this shit is alreadybwriyyen somewhere, and the characters are already established and have relationships and interactions, it just needs to be collected, made semi coherent, and animated

I notice that a lot of Japanese animes have an element of things being summoned by kids to do battles. So Marvel Disk Wars, Pokemon, Digimon, Beyblade, Yu Gi Oh, etc. And I notice Japan is lacking in cultural sensitivity. So I invented a new anime idea.

The anime is called "Trigger Nigger" (トリガーニガー [Torigānigā]), and it is about a Japanese school boy called Luther, who on his 6th birthday gets gifted a G.A.T (Gun of African Teleportation). This revolver like device contains six chambers, each chamber can hold a 'BULIT' (Black Undead Low-calibre Instantaneous Teleporter). These BULITs contain the spirits of black people throughout time and space. They may just be common ones, like Tyrone who lives in Atlanta or Bongani the Zulu. But the powerful ones that the protagonists seek are famous ones like Steve Urkel, DMX, Malcolm X, Precious, Al Jolson, Queen Latifah, Trayvon Martin, Oprah Winfrey, Tupac, Biggie, Benjamin Sisko etc.

The main arc follows Luther and his friends as Luther tries to become the ultimate Triggermeister. In this it's sort of like Pokemon, with Luther acquiring new BULITs and battling other Triggermeisters. The primary antagonist is Nathaniel Ahmed Alan Charles Paton (also known as NaAcP). His goal is to amass all the BULITs in the world, and trigger them at once, completely destroying mankind with the equivalent of a billion LA Riots all over the world. Luther and his pals will confront NaAcP frequently, as the series progresses.

The opening theme is New Slaves by Kanye West, but covered by SNSD.
The closing theme is Missing You by Sean "Puff Daddy" Combs.

The 4chan club, a collection of weirdos, autists, and misfits who spend their college days not studying and instead talking about random inane bullshit interspersed with lawbreaking adventures and absolute spergy retardation.

In this club our protagonist is /a/non, a crossdressing weaboo who realizes he can't keep living his life way and that he must put away the anime and manga in order to become a proper adult.

The first half of the first cour is episodic in nature. With the first episode setting the stage and the second episode revealing /a/non's desire to escape from this group of losers. From then on every episode is another attempt of his to distance himself and become a normal person by joining other clubs, studying the art of making friends, getting involved in college activities.

Inevitably every attempt he makes ends up ruined either because of the meddling of other 4chan club members or because of his own ineptitude at handling the real world. Every episode ends with /a/non back in the clubroom looking exhausted and defeated but somewhat comfortable as the other members scream and argue around him.

The second half of the first cour takes the focus off of /a/non and instead focuses on other club members. One episode dedicated to helping /x/ learn how to lucid dream. Another episode where /pol/ coerces the club to helping him get elected as a local representative. Another where we follow /v/ not having fun while playing videogames and another where /ck/ realizes he can't cook for shit.

The final episode ED has us focusing once more on /a/non smiling somewhat pathetically as the camera slowly draws back through the clubroom revealing the mess and decay, the members arguing and the autistic anime and nazi posters on the walls. Finally the camera exists the club room and it slowly shuts itself closed where we see the words "Don't forget, you're here forever!"
