I think Saitama's greatest trait shown in-comic is his control. Every punch he does is precisely calculated to be exactly as strong as it needs to be. He can punch someone and not kill them, and he doesn't just redirect a planet-busting attack, rather he counters it with exactly enough force to nullify it without causing any collateral damage aside from some weather anomalies.

No, because than his character loses all sense. Characters are making sense within their own story. They're a means of delivering a message to the person watching the story. They are not the sets of numbers that can or should be compared to one another.

This is very child like thing to compare characters to one another, and i don't mean it in a bad way. Children are doing that because they are excited by a fights and action mainly. Story, even simple usually is not appealing to them.

If someone is only interested in action, fights between the cool characters and power levels when we are mentioning the anime with actual story....Than I think that we have a case of pointless behavior.

Of course I guess it can be fun, and if you think so too than go ahead do the power levels comparisons but I personally think that looking into the story, into the character is much more enjoyable.

It's like comparing the delivery tucks on the basis "which would won the drag race". This is not really what they are meant for......
