Only one I can think of is the heroine in Fire Punch. That plot point is pretty recent so I'm waiting to see how the author handles that issue.

I guess Prunus Girl doesn't really count. Aikawa is just a fag that likes to crossdress and tease boys. There's probably a few manga outside /a/'s normal radar that do something with the character type too without falling into weird fetishes.
