I wouldn't be surprised if they were, gemstones much like Saints just happened to luck onto powers by having their bodies and brains in a certain way. If you gave a clone of Mikoto the same treatment as Mikoto she should get the same powers. The fact they're not as strong shows there's more to it, like the personality, but they're close enough that they're still electromasters.

I don't know, anon. Not forgiving him seems within character for Mikoto. Seeing Accelerator as a human being and someone who could earn some sort of thanks for looking after LO and her other sisters may be possible, but the one thing that shouldn't happen is forgiveness.

With AAA, Mikoto could be sliding more towards the darker side, so if that's the development Kamachi is aiming, then Accelerator would make the ideal team up where Accelerator can advise/guide her a bit. I can imagine Mikoto being very tsun about it, but possibly by times end some of the things Accelerator said was helpful.

Accelerator is trying to carry the burden of the dark side of AC by himself and make sure other dark organizations or entities won't arise by crushing all of them. Keeping her off the dark path is a given. But unlike how he handled Freshman, he'll beat around the bush a bit with Mikoto, or at least that's how I imagine it. Accelerator will most likely be tsundere, acting harsh and blunt. showing her true darkness and all that. However, it's all a scheme for the purpose of reverse psychology to deter her away from it.
