So far his universe only consists of base line elemental / physical fighters.

His resistance has seemingly no limit, but his strength does, in his last fight you get an idea of how much damage he can put out.

The characters from Medaka box could maybe stop him because they don't really have limits either. a lot of more obscure anime will have lolis and school girls that can just shit all over him

A few characters from dragon ball might have stronger punches and can do more damage, but I'm not sure if they could hurt him.

Some X-men with specific powers maybe? like Jean Grey destroying his brain, or cutting him in half with portals

Saitama is invincible. No one can defeat him. No one at all.

That is the point of the character. He is not even set up with weaknesses like other characters. He does not have his kryptonite, and he is not supposed to, because the whole concept is that he is so powerful that it is BORING to be him.

Lets just assume that it was Boros that kicked him. In the show he made it to the moon in arround 1 second. Thats ~385*10^6 meters/second. It will take Saitama at least a few minutes untill he realizes he can throw some stuff to change his momentum. He's now millions of miles away from earth and the tiniest miscalculation would mean that he just misses earth when trying to get back there.

It's a stretch to compare characters from different fictions, as they work with rules from their own universes that might differ completely.

One Punch Man universe doesn't make sense. Garou goes from being beaten to an inch of his life to taking own much stronger dudes in a moment. All characters have weaponized plot armor that transformed them as need: Darkshine became like that because the plot needed him to go S-rank before the story started, Shiny Flash became fast so he could become a fast character and etc. Garou was needed by the plot to defeat everyone, so it doesn't matter if he is a punching bag before.

That God from Homeless Emperor might as well be the author himself granting powers as they're needed for his entertainment. Or he's just another character and uninvolved in everyone minus Homeless Emperor, whatever, what is important is that if others work out like Darkshine they won't become like him if the plot doesn't want it.
