I know it's an older anime, but ever since I've watched the title card of this show and the cool techno-voice say the title, I've been in love. Has that voice ever been in any other movies or shows?

Pretty sure it's still buried in the voice options. The folks that actually need that dictation voice get pretty attached the particular one that's "theirs," so even Apple would be unlikely to get rid of it. (See also the related case of Stephen Hawking sticking with that one voice synth program, even though much more natural-sounding options are now available.)

In fact, I just checked; it's still there. The voice is called "Whisper"; it's one of the "Novelty" options available in System Preferences > Dictation & Speech > System Voice > Customize
