I found him below average at the beginning. I know some people like his design but it didn't really hit me. After OfA's fall I liked him a bit more but he's still not at the stage where I would be rooting for the villain. Like in some other series some of the villains are nice to follow but Tomura is for some reason too mediocre for me. Although I'm looking forward to his growth aswell since he's not some crazy guy anymore.
