Fate is a good series if you watch for the battles, cool factor and concept of memorable historical figures and legends fighting each other. However, anyone who thinks that the series is super deep or is some kind of masterpiece needs to get better taste.

Type-Moon and Fate is one of the most influential "anime" franchises in Japan.

Too bad it backfired their ability to make and continue different titles such as KnK, Tsukihime, DDD, Mahoyo or completely new works.

But can you blame them for that? They are just tiny Japs making crazy money from making Saber clones.

I didn't know about Fate until I bought my first Saber figure.

Don't get me wrong, I like Arturia as a concept, but her interactions with Hero Boy makes little sense when considering who she is.

Also, taking legendary characters and confining them to statistics and classes is insulting to their history. Wouldn't the series be better if the heroes weren't limited to their "class" and had full accesses to the skills they had while alive? Imagine Gilgamesh in this case.
