It's a genuinely funny show, with decent characterization and writing. The animation isn't great, but it's good-enough for what it is. Really, it's got the best possible premise and script for a DEEN show.

Could a better studio have made it better? Sure, for more money, and at the expense of the rest of their schedule. I'd rather have DEEN make this than have them make something lousy and joyless.
