As I recall hearing, she originally wasn't around at the start of the manga? I'll pick it up after the season's over, so I'm just going on what other people say. But if that's the case, I imagine her being shoehorned into scenes she wasn't meant to be part of soured a lot of people's experience with her at the start, mine included, but I've gotten to like her more as she's started to appear in scenes she was meant to be in.

Well I meant outside the obvious start at the Heaven school. Like, a lot of people hated when she directed the dog to steal Satania's lunch at school, and IIRC that wasn't a thing that happened in the manga because she wasn't at the school yet or at least wasn't hanging around with the other three.
