Isn't it really sad to be overshadowed so much? Poor VA. There is nothing going on for her and she too similar to Kotori on first glance, but Kotori actually has some depth. She is like side character somehow became heroine, but she lack even for side character. She is more like one of heroine's spriteless friends with few lines voiced by OL or janitor on their spare time.

Superhuman youths are typically discovered in school sports teams where they unconsciously utilize their abilities to excel in that sport. So many of them are typically riding on the high of being the best at what they do, with dreams of going pro someday, until Guardian shows up at their doorstep and destroys their dreams of becoming pro athletes by banning them from sports competitions in order to hide the existence of superhuman powers. Depends. As a whole, yes. The waifu routes would take multiple seasons to animate properly.

But it is possible to animate just Terra, as it is straightforward and relatively independent.
That is why S2 is good.
