It's about a hero that's too strong and everyone eventually gets scared of her and leaves.

I liked the flashback where her party of genius's got instawiped fighting the demon general so she ended up soloing it while protecting her incapacitated party.

The translation stopped right before the point where she was going to enter the labyrinth where we were going to hopefully see her fight for the first time.

Well, each subsequent demon king is weaker, so there's that. Being the clever guy he is, he eliminated the next strongest on his own, and his party of humans managed to wound the third strongest before he killed it.

That's one of the hooks of the story, his prize makes his task more difficult, but he's doing it intelligently.
