1: Kaneki becomes the ultimate strongest ghoul ever, the last battle Kenzilla vs. CCG leads to the full destruction of Tokyo, no survivors. 10 years later: After this last epic battle, it is shown that other countries learned from their mistakes thanks to Kaneki and there is peace between mankind and ghouls now.

2: Kaneki realizes suddenly that there will never be peace between humans and ghouls, and as only solution kills off all ghouls on earth. In a heartbreaking scene he says his farewell to Touka, kills her and in the end kills himself.

3: plot twist: Tsukiyama was the real TOKYO GHOUL all along suddenly unleashes his kakuja. In the last panel, we see him eat Kaneki while the wedding march plays. The readers are left completely confused and unsatisfied, all problems and questions remain unsolved, 200 chapters of feeling sorry for the main character were completely in vain.
