I think Deku's gonna try to recreate All Might actions in a way that only a true fanboy could knew and at the last moment -in the most unpredictable way- he's gonna get the stamp somehow.

If Deku gets the stamp via tactician + shoot style and earn the internship -without making Sir's laugh even once- and goes through the "tough love" shitty treatment I think he could turn over his detractors. He reminds me a lot of Simon which transformation was instrumental for the plot and the final resolution.

BUT if Deku fails and didn't even made Sir laugh I really hope that he goes elsewhere as an intern. Problem is his options. What would be the better choice for him?

I think it happens quite often with some characters that had recent strong presence in the story. Sasuke's taken over Naruto a number of times if I'm correct, and in One piece latest poll Law technically took the first place and they had to cheat to get Luffy to keep it. Also WSJ voters are extremely fickle and only judge by the latest arc, so after Bakugou's performance against league of villains his popularity shot up, but I bet he'll be down once again after current Deku-focused arc.

That is not the usual custom though for a lot of them. Most mangaka draw, and write their own stories. A duo team with a writer, and artist I guess poses a problem contract wise for long term serial manga for publishers that want to keep a consistent weekly release. There is always the risk of the team breaking up.

That has happened before. One with me was with the Tenchi Muyo franchise. Can really splinter the fanbase, and corrode its appeal over time. We know there are often in house assistants, and editors that help get the final product ready for publishing. They have no real baring on the input on whats going on in the stories plot, and the characters that take place in it.

Bleach's problem was that Kubo focused more on his side cast (essentially what you retards want) than his main cast hence why a character like Mayuri did more than the fucking MC all because Kubo liked to draw him. Nah, his phase powers are probably not gonna fly that far in real combat. They're too predictable, too easy to find a counter to. His ground drop is going to stop working basically the moment some savvy villain figures out how it works, because of how limited its versatility is with the loss of vision. If the enemy moves, he's unable to adapt to it while blind and underground. As for letting attacks go through him, it only works if he knows they're coming, if he doesn't he's just a regular human being surprise attacked.
The only real counter to those weaknesses that I can think of is if remote teleportation works on him while he's phased out, because then an assisting hero could relocate him and make his pop-up less predictable.

If S2 is 2-cour with 24 episodes and they end the season at chapter 69, it'll be 2 chapters per episode. Not rushed, Stain gets adapted and then some, S3 can comfortably be adapted all the way to the end of Hideout Raid.

Supporting characters don't necessarily need to go through development or be in the spotlight. I'd make a case for Ochako, Tsuyu and others close to Deku but as a reader, I don't feel like I need to know the personal history or aspirations of Sugarman or Kouda or even Ashido. Even if they're never elaborated on they still bring a sense of scale or depth to the world.

Boku no Hero Academia is not a manga you adapt to anime so sparingly. First cour is just an introduction and didn't cover much, didn't really give a good taste of Deku being absolute madman. Then they teased Stain after credits and there is a serious doubt they'd be able to pull both Sports Festival and Stain arcs in 12 episodes. 24-26 sounds reasonable though but we don't know if that's the case and I doubt it will be, and the question remains still, why won't they just mass produce this shit like Fullmetal Alchemist? They have enough material for 40-50 episodes without filler as it is and it just keep piling up.

Have All Might's fight against One for All as season's final, wait a year for material to pile up more and recuperate and mass produce this shit again.

Most of them arent memorable at all. And most of the time is for their role as tertiary rather than their potential. Think a little bit about some characters and you'll end up realising that most of them would've been 10 times better as antagonists from other schools or even having their adult version either as a Hero or a Villain. For instance Toyokami would've worked better in any other situation but he's stuck in a limbo

I think you're overestimating the length of exam arc, it can easily be stuffed into 2-3 episodes. Basically there's one serious section about Yaomomo and one section about Deku-Baku, the rest is a bunch of small segments few minutes each. The problem is that with first season they dragged out events pretty seriously, stopping shy of the abysmal One piece anime pacing. If they stick to this rate, sports festival will definitely take them all twelve episodes, if not more.

If I know a bullet is coming for me, but it's too late to move out of the way, I at best would be to move a bit before it hits me regardless. The plot is still progressing steadily, I think what Hori needs to do is to have those parallel plots with Shigaraki's development more frequently - makes more juicy reading each week.

UA being under an attack that would destroy it would be enough to shatter the idealistic belief people tend to have in heroes, even with all might dead, most normal citizens still feel safe knowing that all the other heroes will protect them. If yuuei falls, then everyone will be instantly aware, ok, things are not working out anymore and we are in immediate danger. This will also serve to destroy the tightly knit classes that we've seen so far, class a and b and also lead the the most definite closing of other hero schools like shiketsu.

In such a scenario you can definitely take it to a harry-potter-esque arc where the students all get together and try to teach themselves because the teachers cant/are unwilling to anymore.

Now the best part would be when the villains would strike the killing blow and tear down the rest of superhuman society, gaining control of the rest of the country. Then the kids would have to fend for themselves and who knows what kind of guerrilla-esque scenarios you can come up with with a cast so big.

I can't recall off the top of my head if the AFO stinger is before or after the semester exams.

Starting with the semester exams for S3 isn't bad IMO, because Lodge Attack->End of the Beginning, Beginning of the end is pretty dark serious stuff and there needs to be some levity at the beginning.

Also setting up Bakugou to get some development and character de-edging before his kidnapping would work fine.
